The University of Virginia (UVA) has opened Pandora's box! The Records Management Office at UVA has experienced major changes to its role in the discovery process since procuring eDiscovery software in 2016. This session includes a focus on transparency with regard to discovery for investigations, legal cases, and FOIA requests, as well as discussion of how the collaboration among the records management, FOIA, and legal offices has evolved and strengthened because of this project.
