Speakers discuss the Council of State Archivists' (CoSA) Institute of Museum and Library Services grant project, Implementing ACCESS (Archives Cooperating with External Strategic Stakeholders). Representatives from CoSA, National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS), and Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA) discuss sharing best practices and guidance materials to improve creation, management, preservation, and use of government digital records to promote transparency and accountability.
