Panelists focus on how to approach those people in every organization who do not want to give up physical custody/ownership of records. We present conversations designed to convince reluctant record holders to follow organizational policy, methods to alleviate tension and diffuse the situation when tempers rise, and strategies to communicate the value of transparency in an organization's records management program. The goal is simple: Get records to the right location! Moderator: Tracy LS Jolivette
