Although functional analysis is not a new approach, its broad application in three states provides models of how to divorce records scheduling from organizational hierarchies. The panelists discuss the successes and pitfalls of their varied approaches to creating and implementing functional schedules. They provide examples from their own professional experiences and invite Q&A participation from the audience.
