Malgosia Myc is an Assistant Director for Reference and Academic Programs at the Bentley Historical Library, University of Michigan. Under her leadership the Aeon system and new ideas for improving the function and operation of the Reference and Academic Programs were successfully implemented. She received her MA in History [Archival Science major] from the Wroclaw University, Poland, and she also worked an the National Library and the State Archives in Poland. After moving to U.S. she worked as the sole archivist at the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Archives in New York City. Prior to joining the Bentley Library, she worked at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis as a research assistant at the POLIS Research Center, and as an archivist at the Ruth Lilly Special Collections and Archives, doing appraisal and processing of local and national philanthropic organizations' records, and providing reference services.
